• Structured English communication programs (30-day, 60-day, and advance level courses)
• Interview training and professional communication skills development
• Access to learning materials and resources with one year validity
• Lifetime support for course-related queries and guidance
• Progress tracking and personalized feedback from certified trainers

4. Course Enrollment and Payment

Enrollment Process

To enroll in our courses, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate information. Course availability is subject to trainer schedules and may be limited.

Payment Terms

• All course fees must be paid in full before accessing course materials or scheduling classes
• Prices are subject to change, but enrolled students will honor the price at the time of enrollment
• Payment methods accepted include credit/debit cards, online banking, and other specified payment options
• All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party payment processors

Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund guarantee under the following conditions:

• Refund requests must be made within 7 days of course enrollment
• The refund is applicable only if you are not satisfied with the quality of classes
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval
• No refund will be issued after the 7-day period or if significant course content has been accessed

5. Course Validity and Access

• All courses come with one year validity from the date of enrollment
• You can access course materials and schedule classes within this validity period
• Access to course materials will be revoked after the validity period expires
• Extension of validity period may be available at an additional cost, subject to availability
• Lifetime support continues even after course completion and validity expiration

6. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Attend scheduled classes on time and inform trainers of any cancellations in advance
• Actively participate in learning activities and complete assigned tasks
• Maintain respectful and professional conduct with trainers and staff
• Not share, distribute, or sell course materials to third parties
• Not record, screenshot, or reproduce class sessions without explicit permission
• Use the services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms
• Keep your login credentials confidential and not share your account with others
• Ensure you have stable internet connection and necessary devices for online classes

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our services, including but not limited to course materials, videos, audio recordings, documents, graphics, logos, and teaching methodologies, are the intellectual property of TalkPro English Academy and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course materials for personal learning purposes only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or exploit any content without our written permission
• Violation of intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of your access and legal action

8. Class Scheduling and Cancellation

Class Scheduling

Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability of students and trainers. You will receive class links and schedules via email or through your account dashboard.

Student Cancellation

• Students must inform trainers at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a class
• Last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be counted as a completed session
• Excessive cancellations may affect your learning progress and course completion

Academy Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to trainer unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will provide advance notice and arrange alternative sessions.

9. Trainer Assignment

TalkPro assigns experienced and certified trainers to each student based on learning needs and availability. While we strive to maintain consistency, we reserve the right to change trainer assignments if necessary due to operational requirements.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service.

11. Third-Party Services

Our services may utilize third-party platforms such as Google Meet for conducting classes and payment gateways for processing transactions. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and conditions. We are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• TalkPro English Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course or service
• We do not guarantee specific learning outcomes or language proficiency levels
• We are not responsible for technical issues, internet connectivity problems, or device compatibility issues on the user's end
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. While we employ qualified trainers and quality teaching methods, individual results may vary based on student effort and commitment.

14. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abusive or disrespectful behavior towards trainers or staff
• Sharing of course materials or account credentials
• Non-payment of course fees
• Any conduct that we deem harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to access and use the services will immediately cease, and no refund will be provided.

15. Modifications to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time. We may also update these Terms of Service periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through:

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, elements of nature or acts of God, acts of war, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes, riots, civil disturbances, acts of civil or military authorities, or any other cause beyond our reasonable control (each, a "Force Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations as soon as possible and will notify you of any significant impacts on service delivery.
